Sahaj Digital Limited (Formerly known as Jolly Plastic Industries) is a technology-focused company engaged in the design, development, testing, maintenance, implementation and sale/rental of computer software applications, mobile and satellite-based applications, cloud-based architectures and ERP solutions. The Company’s objects include establishing and operating internet and OTT portals, online services, e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces, digital payment systems including online payment gateways, UPI systems, digital wallets and digital cash-point systems, as well as providing business process outsourcing, data processing, IT consultancy, system integration, infrastructure design, data engineering and technical support services. The Company is also authorised to undertake research, development and commercialisation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things and Blockchain technologies and provide cloud-hosted services including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.

The Company’s objects further cover setting up and operating online e-commerce marketplaces and digital platforms for products and services, including an integrated digital “SuperApp”, undertaking e-Governance projects and providing IT-enabled services, e-services, digital kiosks, data processing and technology-enabled delivery solutions. The Company may also undertake outsourcing and managed technology services, technical and business support, financial inclusion activities, online products and services, internet, telecom and portal gateway services, software development, consultancy, research and related technology services, and may establish partnerships, agencies, branches, joint ventures and other arrangements incidental or conducive to its principal objects.

The Company was originally incorporated on 28th December, 1981, under the name Jolly Plastic Industries Private Limited, and was registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, under Registration No. 004932. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Jolly Plastic Industries Limited with effect from 3rd October, 1985. The Company is presently known as Sahaj Digital Limited, with effect from 17th August, 2026, and its CIN is L62013GJ1981PLC004932.
